Is there a finer way to pass a sunny afternoon?
Indulge in a Devonshire Cream Tea or our simple and tasty Afternoon Tea experience on the terrace overlooking Hope Cove. Cream Teas are available any time, however, please book Afternoon Tea 24 hours in advance.
All freshly prepared by our kitchen brigade, our daily tea service is a real treat.
Sunset Terrace
Join us on our terrace outside the hotel's restaurant for drinks, lunch, afternoon tea or, if the sunset is particularly good, alfresco evening dining is available but is subject to a supplementary cover charge of £6.00 per person.
Waiter service included and ample seating even on the busiest sunny days.
Bar and Lounge
Visit the bar and lounge each with ample seating and a warm welcome.
The bar overlooks Hope Cove with large glass windows, while the lounge sits inside the oldest part of the hotel and has a cosier arts and crafts feel.
Drinks (alcoholic, soft, hot) and bar snacks are available.
Restaurant Dining
Residents and visitors alike are all very welcome in our hotel’s dining room overlooking Hope Cove. Lucky evening diners may be treated to a glorious sunset view.

Classic alternating Table d'Hôte dinner available every evening. The hotel has a very busy restaurant, please book in advance to guarantee your table. Hotel residents on dinner inclusive terms will have a table allocated in advance.

Our hugely popular Sunday Lunches are served from 12:30 every Sunday, up to three courses with coffee. Book ahead.
